Southern Italy coast to coast

Itinerary Photos

From the Adriatic coast of Puglia to the Tyrrhenian coast of Campania, this itinerary summarizes the most representative wonders of the Italian South, in a radiant symphony of sea and Mediterranean light, to discover villages sculpted by the sun, sublime gastronomic specialties, a millenary landscape, which makes you want to sing and to live a more serene, happy life in the South of the Bel Paese, where the gods still live.

Other Suggestions:

  •  Private boat tour – Polignano a Mare coastline A private boat tour along the coastline of Polignano a Mare offers a relaxed way to explore one of the most dramatic stretches of the Adriatic Sea. You cruise past towering limestone cliffs, hidden sea caves, and crystal-clear water, with the possibility to stop for a swim in secluded spots. It’s a calm, scenic experience that feels especially special at golden hour, when the light reflects off the white rock and the sea turns deep blue.
  • Bike tour – “Piana degli Ulivi” (Fasano)  The bike tour through the “Piana degli Ulivi” near Fasano takes you into the heart of Puglia’s countryside, where endless olive groves stretch across gently rolling land. Riding through quiet rural roads, you pass centuries-old olive trees and traditional farm landscapes, getting a close look at the region’s agricultural heritage. It’s an active but peaceful experience, best enjoyed in the cooler parts of the day when the light makes the scenery even more striking.
  • Alberobello tour & mozzarella tasting  A visit to Alberobello combines cultural discovery with local flavors, starting with a walk through the iconic trulli houses that make the town a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The experience is often paired with a mozzarella tasting, giving you a chance to try fresh local dairy products and understand the culinary traditions of the region. It’s a well-balanced mix of sightseeing and food, though it can feel busy during peak tourist hours.
