Winter in the Dolomites

Upon arrival at Venice airport, meet with our driver and transfer to Cortina d’Ampezzo. After a welcome cocktail at the hotel, enjoy lunch at leisure. In the afternoon, meet with our guide and walk around the city centre; return to the hotel and savour a lovely dinner.

Have breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy a day entirely dedicated to skiing and trying the exciting Super 8 Ski Tour, a route that winds along the slopes of the 5 Torri and Lagazuoi, one of the most spectacular in the entire area thanks to the majesty of the mountain setting, the stunning panoramic terraces, the numerous frozen waterfalls and the high altitude lodges serving hearty local gastronomic specialties. At the end of the day, return to the hotel, enjoy dinner and rest for the evening.

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready to spend another day in the snow skiing along the Great War Ski Tour, which passes by historical sites dating back to the First World War ( 1915/1918), when the Italian and Austro-Hungarian armies vehemently faced each other on the Dolomites crags, through the areas of Lagazuoi – 5 Torri, Arabba – Marmolada and Mount Civetta. At the end of the day, return to the hotel, enjoy dinner and rest for the evening.

Have breakfast at the hotel and depart for a new, exceptional mountain circuit, the Sellaronda Ski Tour, in the valleys adjacent to Cortina, which crosses the Gardena, Sella, Pordoi and Campolongo passes, circumscribing one of the most massive Dolomite groups.  At the end of the day, return to the hotel, enjoy dinner and rest for the evening.
