Rome Vintage Car Tour
1° day: Rome

Arrive at Rome Fiumicino airport and transfer by private car to the “De La Ville” hotel, where you will check-in and relax before a  splendid tour of the Eternal City aboard a luxury vintage car at sunset. Have dinner at leisure and get back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep.

2° day: Rome - Norcia

After breakfast, meet with our driver in the hotel lobby, transfer to Norcia, and upon arrival at the “Palazzo Seneca” hotel, check-in and get ready for an exciting “treasure hunt” for the renowned local black truffle, and enjoy the included picnic. When you return to the hotel, we recommend tasting the delicacies of “Vespasia”, the Michelin starred restaurant of the resort.

3° day: Norcia - Spoleto - Norcia

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with our driver and depart towards Spoleto; once there, visit the city, formerly a Roman colony, capital of a Longobard dukedom and lively center of the Papal State, whose millennial history is attested by a prodigious artistic and architectural heritage. Afterwards, transfer to a highly decorated producer of organic wines, and enjoy a tasting and a tour by horse and carriage through the vineyards, during which you will also visit the archaeological remains of the Roman Urvinum Hortense, in Collemancio, and the Sculpture Park of Castelbuono. Get back to the hotel and relax for the evening.

4° day: Norcia - Perugia - Umbrian Estate

Have breakfast at the hotel and meet with our driver; leave for Perugia, and, once there, visit the historic center with stops at the historic “Studio Moretti Castelli”, active since 1858, which has created splendid polychrome windows that can be admired in numerous Umbrian religious buildings, and at the “Museum Atelier Giuditta Brozzetti” inside the “Church of San Francesco delle Donne”, dedicated to textile craftsmanship. Follow the visit with a scrumptious chocolate tasting, the flagship of the city’s pastry shop. Continue on to a fabolous Umbrian estate, housed in a medieval fortress. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and a relaxing evening.

5° day: Umbrian Estate

Full free day at leisure to relax or enjoy one of the many activities organized by the hotel or to discover the pleasant hilly landscape in which it is immersed.

6° day: Umbrian Estate - Lake Trasimeno - Umbrian Estate

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with our driver and depart towards Lake Trasimeno, the fourth largest in Italy, where you will enjoy a boat trip to Isola Maggiore, followed by a visit to Castiglione del Lago, with its fine historic center, dominated by the mighty Rocca dei Leoni. Return to the hotel and relax.

7° day: Umbrian Estate - Siena - Borgo San Felice

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with our driver and continue on to Siena, which preserves a wonderful medieval urban fabric, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the magnificent “Piazza del Campo” and the “Cathedral”, a Gothic masterpiece, stand out; there you will discover all the preparations and ritual mechanisms of the Palio, a knightly joust active since 1644, the most important event for the entire community. At the end of the day, arrive at  the “Borgo San Felice” hotel, check-in and relax for the rest of the evening.

8° day: Borgo San Felice

Have breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the heliport for a breathtaking helicopter flight over the Val d’Orcia, famous for its wine production, followed by a private visit to two wineries and lunch at “Silene” restaurant, which boasts a Michelin star. Return to Borgo San Felice, where you can dine at the starred restaurant “Poggio Rosso”. 

9° day: Borgo San Felice

Today, enjoy a free day at leisure to relax by the pool or take a nice three-hour bike tour among the picturesque slopes of Chianti.

10° day: Borgo San Felice

After breakfast at the hotel, meet with our driver and transfer out to your chosen airport.
